5 autumn trends that defy the first colds

by fashionsnobber

Autumn started a little over a month and the first colds begin to be felt. The air begins to get fizzy. The sound of raindrops on the windows to keep us company and the days to shorten. So much so that we want to live our homes more. What do fashion and design trends have in store for us to better face this time of year? What are the autumn trends that cannot be missing in our homes and on clothes to wear? Let’s find out together…

All fashion and design trends in a single online shop

Idea of post in head to write and you put yourself to the PC with the best intentions of the world. You start throwing half a draft down and you get a WhatsApp from your mom telling you to go see our favorite online shopping site because she found some articles for you and for the house you just moved into. You begin to add items to the cart and the time passes relentlessly between a sigh, a “WOW” and a “I Want“. Keep on running on the website until you understand an article that gives you an idea. Go back to the blog post, save the draft to resume it later and this is how another article is born. Almost by accident. Buying on Westwing, the best e-commerce of fashion and design, and reading a special editorial in which they talk about the 5 autumn trends.

The 5 fashion and design autumn trends

To be precise, matte black, velvet, Scottish castles, scandi zen and copper. Analyzing the 5 autumn trends suggested by Westwing, I thought of combining them with seasonal outfits that recalled them at a glance. So, to have some fun and experience how I like to do it.

Matte black

Black and white outfit.

With black is never wrong in any season and why not make it more glamorous and modern playing geometries?
(Thierry Mugler jacket, skirt Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana shirt, Christian Louboutin shoes, Chanel, Rolex watch, ring and earrings Ice Yoko London.)

Velvet autumn trends.

Velvet is one of those autumn trends that people like and dislike but on a nice pair of trousers and some accessories it can make even the most practical everyday look chic.
(Chloe ponchos, pants Loro Piana sweater Jil Sander, Stella McCartney shoes, belt Marco de Vincenzo, Ralph Lauren bag, sunglasses Italian Independent Sweet Alhambra bracelet and Cartier.)

Scottish castles

Tartan autumn trends.

The tartan is now autumn and I think the red is enhanced and exceeds that timeless classic for a flawless look to real English.
(Dolce & Gabbana coat, dress Maison Rabih Kayrouz, Charlotte Olympia shoes, bag Yves Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. ring.)

Scandi zen

Zen inspiration outfit.

Clean lines, classic cuts with nuance candid and natural inspiration for this look perfect for scandi zen feel at ease without sacrificing class while respecting the autumn trends.
(The Row Nalaton coat, sweater Urban Zen pants Emilia Wickstead, Superga sneakers, Chanel bag, scarf Brunello Cucinelli, sunglasses Linda Farrow and watch Kate Spade.)

Copper inspiration outfit.

Thinking about the copper definitely shades of brown up to a metallic effect are the most appropriate and immediate so I thought of a fall look with lures purely auburn.
(Cape Joseph Double Cashmere, Gucci skirt, shirt Alexander McQueen shoes Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli necklace and clutch Judith Leiber.)

Now it’s your turn, which of these autumn trends do you prefer?

Il tartan è l’unico che non mi fa impazzire, gli altri sono dei bellissimi trend!
